Class Action!

One of our readers is pursuing legal action! I want to make sure we do our part to get the word out there and notify EVERYONE about this.
ATTENTION:
If you have contracted with Wave2Net of Winchester, Virginia, doing business as Worrell Enterprises, within the last five years to provide broadband internet service and experienced extended service outages or extremely slow service for days at a time and were held by that company to a contract forcing you to continue to pay for grossly substandard service as well as equipment which the company required you to purchase, I would like to invite you to participate in a number of legal actions designed to seek refunds of monies paid to Wave2Net or Worrell Enterprises under false pretenses and false promises, including the following:
(1) A petition to the business license office where Wave2Net’s business license is held requesting that their business license be revoked based upon the very bitter experiences of many of it’s customers, as well as what is believed to be fraudulent business activity;
(2) A petition to the Winchester or Frederick County Office of Consumer Affairs stipulating the numerous misrepresentations and refusal to offer refunds when service wasn’t provided;
(3) A petition to the Virginia Commonwealth Attorney’s Office requesting an investigation of Wave2Net for fraudulent business practices;
(4) A group lawsuit, or series of individual lawsuits coordinated by a local law firm in order to reclaim monetary losses as a consequence of fraudulent claims and promises;
(5) Picketing of Wave2Net’s office in Winchester to draw public attention to these injustices. If you are willing to lend your support to these efforts, I will volunteer my efforts to help coordinate these actions.

1st Page!

It’s an exciting day for wave2not! We’ve successfully made the first page search results for “wave2net”.
I’ll point out the obvious here. [Although I haven't posted a whole lot]
- We’ve been able to bring in a TON of traffic each month for people searching out wave2net
- I’ve been contacted several times in regards to what I’ve done and recommendations on dealing with wave2net
- This site is making a difference. I plan on posting a widget on customers steered from signing up with wave2net. At this point its the lower teens (13-15) of households. Half from my site and other other half from word of mouth!
I would like to thank everyone for the success of this site. It just goes to show me that I need to post here regularly.
Use a Credit Card

Ok, this isn’t my idea, but thought this was a great tip! I wish I would have done this because I wouldn’t have lost over $1,000 by now on Wave2Net.
Use A Credit Card to pay for initial installation and payment.
Chances are, with my experience at least, Wave2net will NOT work with you at all so you’ll have another option at retrieving your money if you so need to take this risk and decide to sign up.
Of course I, and many others, would advise to you stick with dial-up.
be caucious, they’ve been known to send things to claims.
Starting Soon

Welcome to my new blog!
I’m just getting started but be sure to stop back here and tell your friends if they are considering wave2net as a service they need to check out this site first!
I’ll will show them why they should avoid signing the contract as I walk through the loop holes wave2net uses to their advantage and your disadvantage.
I also plan to post my reasearch in better/more reliable services than wave2net
stay tuned and tell your friends – I hope to get up and running soon!!!
Thanks for stoping by so early -> subscribe to my rss feed on the left, and shortly I will also offer email service!
